What kind of materials are your gable vents made of?
Our vents are made of western red cedar.

What are the dimensions and construction specs?
Our vents are 1.5" deep with 2.5" wide frame faces. They are designed for surface/flush mount applications. There is no flange or lip, and special framing for installation is generally not required.

Are custom size gable vents available?
We only offer custom sizing for rounded vents. We do not offer custom sizing for any other shapes. For custom sizing, we recommend the folks at TheBuilderStore.com

What is the net free airflow of your vents?
The net free airflow (NFA) of CedarSelect vents is 20% of the total area of the vent shape. For instance, a 12x12 square would have an NFA of 28.8" or (12*12)*.20.
